COMPLETE BODY RIDE

Cardio...Strength...Flexibility...Everything you need in one complete class. This all-encompassing workout allows you to maximize the time you have to work-out in one place. Start out strong. The ride is cardio-intense and gets the heart rate up and keeps it there. Stay moving while you strengthen and tone the upper body on the bike. BARRE RIDE

The Barre Ride is a revolutionary hybrid workout that gives you intense cycling cardio and lengthening barre-based exercises, all in the span of a one-hour class. Expect to burn serious calories on the ride and then sculpt muscles into lean dancer-like form using the bikes' handlebars as a bar. Barre Ride gives you 30 minutes of steady vigorous cardio with an emphasis on body placement, form and technique. Already warm and pliable from the ride, instructors guide you through 30 minutes of Revolve's unique Barre series that draws from high repetition bar workouts and stretch for athletes.
